It had been awhile but I finally held another dinner party. I spent weeks finalizing the menu -- and its preparation schedule -- to feed the 11 people, and I think I came up with a great final result. (As an aside, the all-day meal preparation I had planned to perform the day before went to hell as we ended up getting distracted by the adoption of our cute dog, Holly.)
The highlights of the night were the chipotle-lime roasted nuts and the Tunisian braised short ribs. I will undoubtedly making them again.
