Dinner Party

After months of deliberation, one week of planning, and three nights of preparation, I finally hosted a dinner party. The total size of the group was seven (including me), and everyone was well-fed. Special thanks to GQ for the appetizer ideas.

  • Salad with gorgonzola, crushed walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette
