Ricotta Dip

Here is another easy to prepare appetizer. Serve this and another appetizer and half your dinner party is done.

Ingredients
  • Tub of fresh ricotta
  • Whole milk
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh type or oregano
  • Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Mix the ricotta with a touch of whole milk.
  2. Stir in the olive oil and either the thyme or oregano.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and serve with crunchy bread or crackers.
Serves a lot. Eat.
