Beware. If you make this on a hot sunny day, you'll drink a lot of these delicious drinks without even realizing it. This is dangerously easy to drink. It's also the perfect summer drink, as it's not too strong, not too sweet, cold, and very refreshing. I had never drank Pimm's before, but this was a great introduction to that liquor.

I recommend using Hendrick's gin. If you want to make the drink a little less sweet, use only 1 ounce of Pimm's. I came across this on Smitten Kitchen.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) gin 
• 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Pimm’s No. 1 liqueur
• 4 ounces (1/2 cup) homemade lemonade (recipe below)
• 7-Up or another lemon/lime soda
• Paper-thin half moon slices of thin cucumber

For lemonade:

• 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 part simple syrup
• 2 parts water

Instruction

1. Pour gin, Pimm’s and lemonade into tall Collins glass, then add a few ice cubes and a splash of 7-Up. 
2. Finish with cucumber slices.

Serves (only) 1.
