If you don't enjoy gin and tonics, it's because you have not tried this one. This unique drink -- both in taste and presentation -- attempts to replicate the unique creation of Coquetta, a small oceanside Spanish restaurant in San Francisco. With so few ingredients, it is imperative to use the highest-quality and more flavorful gin and tonic water. Try to get the Mediterranean version of the tonic water. Clear ice cubes work great here.
