Ingredients
- 1 1/2 small cans of garbanzo beans
- 8 ounces tahini
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4-8 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 Tbs of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- Paprika (optional)
- Put all ingredients except paprika into a food processor and blend until smooth. If too thick, dilute the mixture with a little water.
- Pour into a bowl, top with olive oil and paprika, and serve.
Serve 4-8.
Where can i get dried chickpeas from? Any grocery store?
